if it has been more than two weeks and the order has been shipped from our warehouse and tracking number has been provided contact the shipping courier and ask for your items

Payments are taken at the time of ordering.

All orders placed before 2PM PST are shipped the same working day and take between 5-8 working days to arrive. Orders placed after 2PM PST are shipped the next working day.

To cancel your order you will need to send a email to support@ricardoparfum.shop before the item is shipped, usually before 2pm PST the same working day. If you try to cancel after this point you will need to initiate a return once the order arrives as we are unable to stop an item once it's been shipped.
